"And they come unto him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was borne of four."
Mark 2:3

Each of us know of someone who is hurting.  They are going through a tough time in their lives, and they are in need of direction, healing, and love.  Many times they come to us because we have professed a love and knowledge God, and they want and need us to pray for them.  Since we are Christians, and we do love the Lord we lift them up and prayer, and are genuinely concerned about them.  After we have prayed with them and talked with them, how many times do we take the opportunity to bring them to Christ?  They are hurting and are going through and they need direction and guidance far beyond what we can offer, and we don't bring them to Christ.  The Scripture reminds us of four men, who saw a man hurting and could not walk, and need healing, and they did not hesitate, they brought him to Jesus.  I encourage you today to bring those you know who are hurting to Jesus.  You have prayed for them, and have talked with them and have offered them all of the advice you know to offer them, now take the time to bring them to the One who can really heal them.  Offer to pick them up and bring them to Church with you, offer them some Scripture, and let them be healed by the Word of God.  These four men faced some challenges in getting this man to Jesus, but they did not let the challenges deter them, they got him to the place and the Person who could heal and change his situation.  There may be some challenges, but do not let the challenges stop you, do your best to get them to Jesus.  Pray for them yes, talk with them yes, but more importantly bring them to the only One who can do something about their situation.  I am willing to lead people to the Healer, and the One who can change their lives, and since I am willing I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
